By purchasing from Alsafwa Store, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Products
All items, including ready-to-wear clothing and traditional headwear, are carefully inspected before sale. Product colors may slightly vary from photos due to lighting and screen differences.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted through WhatsApp (66665731) or in-store. Payment methods include cash on delivery or in-store payment.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Customized items (made-to-order) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If there is a manufacturing error by the store, we will correct it at no extra cost.
If the error is due to the customer (e.g., wrong size submitted), corrections may incur a service fee.
Returns for non-custom items must be requested within 14 days of purchase and in original condition.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available within Kuwait. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for custom orders, including sizes and designs.
